A guided breathing meditation. Pick your time, follow the circle, let the day soften.
What should we watch?
Tell me the mood and I'll fetch a few ideas worth your evening.
Today's little joys
Tap what happened today. It all goes in the jar.
Tiny Wonder
Feel like a little game?
The game corner is always open. Gentle on the nerves, good for the mind.
Had a hard day?
Some days are just a lot. Here's a little pick me up, no fixing required.
Do you want to talk about it?
No pressure at all. Bitsy just listens.

Every day you show up counts. Even a tiny bit.

Food log
Just type what you ate and it counts itself, rings and all, nothing else to press. Whole meals in one line work great. Anything you save below, a recipe or a food label, gets recognized by name forever after, even inside a longer meal, and amounts like 2 servings, 1/4 cup, or 1 tbsp are understood.
Little measures like 1/2 cup, 1 tbsp, or 2 oz make estimates much more accurate.
Add photos or screenshots (as many as you like):
Tip: type food or drop a photo, then Add to today. Estimate fills in nutrients after.

Choose your eating window in the Me tab, then log your meals here.
Quick macros
Meals you scan add up automatically. Know your numbers already? Add them straight to today's rings here.
Water
0
oz today
Goal: 64 oz0%
Tap your bottle size to log.
Tip: a tiny pinch of good salt in your water helps your body hold onto it.
You're halfway to your water goal! A pinch of good salt right now helps your cells actually absorb it. Electrolytes are everything.
Caffeine
0
cups today
Target: 3 cups
Tap what you had. No judgment here, just noticing.
One cup here means about 8 oz. A large mug or travel cup often counts as two.
Tip: caffeine can linger for eight hours or more. An early afternoon cutoff is a little gift to tonight's sleep.

What moved your body today? Tap everything that applies.

Manage my list
Your list stays private on your device and rides along in the doctor report. Timing and dose changes always belong with your doctor or pharmacist.
Symptoms
Hot flash, right now
One tap when it happens, that's the whole job. Bitsy quietly keeps the times, and once there's enough to read she can look for your triggers.
Health vitals
Blood pressure, blood sugar, heart rate. Log whichever you check, and it all goes into your doctor visit report.
Weight
Just a number, never a judgment. Log it daily if you like, or whenever feels right.
Measurements
Once a week is plenty. Measurements shift slowly, and that's exactly how they should.
Stress
How's your stress sitting today? One tap, no judgment. Noticing it is the whole exercise.
Digestion
How's your gut feeling today? Tap anything that applies, then log it.
Tiny habits
The little things you told me you wanted to keep an eye on. Tap when done.
My own trackers
You added these yourself, so they matter. Check them off and add a note if you like.
Three tiny gratitudes
Three things you're grateful for today. Small counts. Coffee counts.
End of day reflection
Read my day back to me
Let Bitsy tell you the story of your day, gently, with a little encouragement for tomorrow.

My recipes
Save the things you make, like your tofu feta, once. Then logging is one tap and the math is already done.
Made something the whole Tinybits family might love? Send it to Bitsy and it could end up in the app or on the blog.
Looking for something new to cook? The Tinybits blog is where the recipe collection lives, sorted by way of eating, with easy swaps where one small change makes a recipe fit.
Tell me what is in the house right now and I will find three things you can make with it, no shopping. Fridge, freezer, pantry, whatever you can see.
Add a recipe
Add photos of ONE recipe (long recipe? add all its pages, they are read together):
Tell it once and the food log can do exact math for amounts like 1 tbsp or 1/2 cup of this recipe.
Add a label
Snap a photo of any nutrition label. It saves here permanently, and the food log recognizes it by name from then on.
Add a photo of the label:
Kitchen helpers
Measurement converter
Cups to ounces, gallons to litres, grams to pounds. All the kitchen math, done for you.
Shrink or grow a recipe
Paste the ingredients, or snap the recipe and I'll read them in, then pick how much you want to make and I'll redo all the amounts.
Add a photo of the recipe (long recipe? add all its pages):

Your month garden
Every day you log something, your garden grows a little.

Challenges
Pick one gentle challenge at a time. Hit it 5 days out of 7 and Bitsy celebrates with you.
My badges
Little celebrations of consistency. They unlock as you go, no pressure, just delight.
Weekly nutrition check
A look at the bigger picture: calcium, iron, magnesium and friends across your last 7 days of food, with the simplest tiny fixes.
Patterns
A look across your last 14 days: sleep, mood, energy, symptoms, movement and food, surfacing what's actually going on.
Log a few days of data and Bitsy will help you spot what's really happening.
Ask about my data
Ask Bitsy anything about your own logging and she'll answer from your actual numbers, never a guess. Try: how did this week compare to last, which nights did I sleep best, does my water track with my energy?
Doctor visit report
What should I tell my doctor?
Bitsy reads your last month and drafts the three things most worth saying out loud at your appointment, in plain sentences. Your own observations organized, never medical advice.
Add your own
Anything you want to remember to bring up, in your own words. These ride onto the report right beside Bitsy's three.
A clear summary of your last 30 days to bring to an appointment. Symptoms, frequency, supplements, and your notes. No more forgetting what to tell them.
Every day keeps its page. Flip back to see what you logged, fix something, or fill in a day you missed. Anything you add here counts in your patterns too.
Gratitude garden
Plant a gratitude
Add as many as you like, any time of day. Three, five, ten, the garden has room for all of them.

Pull up a chair. The little games below are gentle on the nerves and good for the mind.

Friends
Invite a friend
Everything is better with a friend cheering you on. Send them Tinybits and do your tiny bits together.
Put Tinybits on your home screen
Then it opens like any other app, full screen, with its own icon. Your data stays on your phone either way.
iPhone: in Safari, tap the share button (the square with an arrow), scroll down the list and tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.
Android: in Chrome, tap the three dots at the top right, then Add to Home screen or Install app.
Share my week
Send a friend a little snapshot of your week. A tiny brag, the good kind. Pick exactly what goes in, nothing shares without you.
My cheer squad
Keep a little list of the friends doing Tinybits alongside you. When you share your week, think of them.
Live friend connections, where you can see each other's streaks right in the app, are on the wishlist. This is the cozy first step.
Tinybits gives back
Kindness is built into how Tinybits works. One dollar from every single monthly membership goes to charity, and members choose where it goes.
How it works
Each month, members vote between four well loved charities. At the end of the month, the one with the most votes receives the donation. The winner then takes a bow and steps off the ballot, and a new charity joins for the next round. Every month, somewhere good gets a little stronger because of this community.
Tap the one closest to your heart. One vote per member each month, and you can change it any time before the month ends.
A little honesty from Bitsy
This page is a preview while Tinybits grows. The charities shown are placeholders, and community vote counts will go live with the full launch. Your vote here is saved on your device so we can hear what matters to you.

My monthly budgets
Set what feels right for each category. Leave anything blank to just track it without a limit. And if life has a category we didn't think of, add your own below.
Paying things off
Put in what you owe and this works out when it is gone. Numbers on a page, nothing more. Every plan here ends with you paid off.
Add something you owe
Interest is the yearly rate off your statement. The minimum is what you have to pay each month.
What a month looks like
Rough numbers are fine. This only works out what is left over for paying things down.
Going out means everything else, rent, food, bills, the lot, but not the debt payments themselves.
Zero is a perfectly good answer. The plan works either way.
Not sure where to start?
Bitsy can look at these numbers and talk you through what she would do first. Your numbers go to the AI helper to write it and are not kept anywhere else.
Just math
Right here, so the numbers never make you leave the page.

A quiet moment
Guided breathing
Pick your time, follow the flower, let the day soften. It opens right here.
Guided meditations
Each one gives you a little read first, about what to think about. When you are ready, a chime begins the quiet, and a chime ends it.
Picture it
A different kind of quiet. Instead of emptying your mind, you build a picture in it, vivid and yours. Same little read first, then a chime to begin and to end.
Random acts of kindness
Kindness is the third piece of the puzzle. Organized, healthier, and kinder. One tiny act can turn someone's whole day around, sometimes yours.
Today's tiny kindness
Today's kindness for you
Or log your own
Something kind you did that wasn't on any list. For the world, or for yourself. Both count.
All the kindness you've logged
Joy jar
Little moments of joy, dropped in a jar. It only ever fills up, never empties, and never grades you. Noticing is the whole practice.

Meal plan
Sketch the week ahead. Type anything, or start typing a saved recipe name and pick it from the list. Tap the little list beside any filled slot to send it to your shopping list, whole recipe ingredients or just the eggs and milk you typed.
Routines
Little rituals that anchor the day. Check things off as you go. Everything resets fresh each morning.
Create your own routine
Name it, then add the steps, one per line.
Calendar
Stat days and special days appear on the calendar automatically.
Tap a day to open it.
Pick any date, even a year away, and it opens ready to add to.
A sticker can stand alone on a day, or ride along with whatever you type above.
The time shows on the day and in Coming up, with or without a chime.
A gentle chime will play at this time if the app is open that day.
Birthdays repeat every year automatically.
By colour and sticker
Pick a colour or a sticker to see everything coming up under it.
Coming up
Alarm clock
A bedside sunrise. Prop your phone on the nightstand, plug it in, and start bedside mode. The screen dims to almost nothing overnight, then slowly glows into a warm sunrise before your alarm, ending with a gentle chime. The app needs to stay open on this screen for the alarm to ring.
Tiny golden lights drifting on the bedside screen. Lovely for some, too much for others, so it is yours to choose.
Last night's sleep
While you're here setting the alarm, how did last night go? This saves to the same place as the Log tab.
Sound machine
Gentle sound to fall asleep to. It plays when you start bedside mode, or right now with the play button. Lovely for travel too.
The binaural beats are tuned for sleep, a slow four per second pulse at the drowsy end of the scale. Headphones give the full effect.
Strength log
Bella on leg day. She insists this counts as her workout too.
Log each lift when you strength train. Watching your numbers climb over weeks is one of the best feelings there is.
My routines
Save the lifts you do together, then pick the routine and every row is already filled in with the weights you lifted last time.
Shopping list
Add items below, or open any recipe and tap "Add ingredients to shopping list" and it fills itself.
Need a head start? Tap a trip and I'll fill in the usual suspects. Everything stays editable.
Dreams, adventures, goals. The things you want to do or experience someday. No timeline needed.
Get it out of your head. No organizing, no fixing. Just the thoughts that need somewhere to land.

Daily protein target
Most women 50+ do well at 1.0 to 1.2g per pound of body weight.
BMI
A rough reference only. Enter weight (lbs) and height (inches).
Water target
Half your body weight in oz is a solid starting point.
Daily calorie estimate
Mifflin-St Jeor for women. Weight (lbs), height (inches), age (years).
My savings jar
Tuck a little away whenever you can. Your total shows on the home screen too, quietly cheering you on.
Saved so far$0
Little by little
See what a steady savings habit quietly adds up to.
Retirement savings
A simple projection. Current savings, monthly contribution, years until retirement, and expected annual return.
Period tracker
First day of your last period and your usual cycle length.
Waist to height
A steadier number than BMI after 50, because it notices where weight sits rather than only how much there is. Measure your waist at the belly button, breathing out gently.
Walking heart rate zones
Roughly where your heart lands at different efforts. Useful if your watch shows heart rate and you have wondered what the numbers mean.
Daily fibre target
Most women get about half of what they need. Fibre is the quiet one behind digestion, steady blood sugar and cholesterol.
Hi, I'm Bitsy
What should I call you? I'd love to greet you by name every morning.
What you've told me
My trackers
Turn on what fits your life right now. Your Log and Home update instantly, and you can change these any time.
Keto
Tracks net carbs and adjusts macro targets for keto eating.
My home screen
Choose what greets you when the app opens. Bitsy, Biscuit, your calendar and alarm shortcuts, tips, and A quiet moment always stay. The rest is yours to arrange.
My life pages
Tinybits is a life app, not just a wellness app. Keep the pages that fit your life open in Browse and tuck away the rest. Nothing is deleted, just resting.
My targets
Set your daily targets once. The app does the rest.
Not sure what to aim for? Half your body weight in ounces is a good starting point, and the calculator can set it for you.
A cup means about 8 oz. Most travel mugs hold closer to two.
Only ever shown as how far you've come, never as a score. Leave it empty and nothing changes.
Not sure? Most women 50+ do well at about 1g per pound of body weight, and the calculator can set it for you.
These power the macro rings on your Home screen.
Doctor visit report
Your last 30 days summary
Organized health snapshot for your appointment.
The tinybits way
Feel better, one tiny bit at a time. No shame, no failure, total flexibility. Tracking here is a tool, never a judgment. Every day is a fresh start, and every setback is just information we learn from.
Visit tinybits.ca for stories, recipes, and inspiration.
Tell us what you'd love
This app grows from real women's real needs. If something isn't working or you wish it did something new, we genuinely want to hear it.
Everything you log stays on your device only. No account, no email, no data sent anywhere. This is your private space. The only exception: when you use an AI feature (nutrition estimates, recipe math, label reading), that text or photo is sent securely for calculation and nothing is stored.
Accountability, only if you want it
Some of us do better with a gentle witness. Share a simple weekly summary with a friend. Totally optional, always your choice.
Your data
Erasing deletes everything on this device, including your snapshots and game progress. Download my data first if you want a copy. You'll be asked to tap twice to confirm.

Make Tinybits yours
Your life. Organized. Healthier. Kinder. Health is only one part of it, so tap open the pages you'd like in your Browse. Only what you choose appears. You can change these any time in Me.
I turned a few of these on to match what you've told me so far. Tap any off, this is your home.
Just between us…
Anything I should know about your health, or about life right now? It turns on the right corners of the app and helps me say the right thing at the right moment. Totally optional, and there is always room to tell me in your own words.
And life itself...
Nothing on this screen ever leaves your phone. Tinybits doesn't diagnose, and nothing here is a label. It simply helps me meet you where you actually are.
Perfect. I've got everything I need.
Let's take it one tiny bit at a time. Your space is ready.
And thank you for trusting me with the harder parts. I'll keep them gently in mind.
I picked a cozy starter home for you. Add trackers, pages, and anything about you in the Me tab whenever you feel like it.
